The HVCA Double Guarantee
When you employ an HVCA TrustMark registered member to install, replace, upgrade or repair the plumbing or heating in your home, you will automatically be covered by the HVCA's Double Guarantee at no additional cost.
This provides you with a comprehensive two year guarantee covering workmanship, performance and deposit protection, and a further four years protection against major damage to your home arising from the work.
Furthermore, we are so confident of the workmanship and service of our members that we protect you under the Double Guarantee in two other important ways:
- If a member firm you have chosen fails to honour its contractual obligations, the HVCA will step in and meet the cost of putting things right.
- If the firm should become insolvent or bankrupt or goes into liquidation during the installation, HVCA will arrange for the work to be complete at no extra cost to you.
