Who are the HVCA?
The Heating and Ventilating Contractors' Association (HVCA) is the officially recognised organisation representing central heating contractors. It exists to promote fair dealing, professional service and high installation standards, and offers customers the reassurance of a job well done.
So it makes sense to use an HVCA member to install, extend, repair or service any central heating system in any home.
All HVCA Members are:
- Insured against injury to customers and damage to their property.
- Gas Safe registered and qualified to ACS standards.
- Can demonstrate an established trading record.
- All HVCA members have been professionally audited to verify their technical competence and customer service.
- HVCA members are registered with the Government supported TrustMark scheme - the only trade directory that audits each of the registered firms and ensure peace of mind for the customer.
- HVCA operates a free of charge Complaints Resolution Procedure for all HVCA members' customers that ensures work is completed to the agreed contract.
- HVCA members are governed by a Code of Fair Trading and undertake to act in good faith with all their customers.
