When installing or upgrading domestic central heating systems most reputable installers provide the householder with a comprehensive 12-month guarantee covering workmanship, materials and performance. HVCA members are no exception.
Only our members can offer the unique HVCA Double Guarantee scheme, which automatically provides you the customer with extra protection at no extra cost.
If an HVCA member fails to honour his obligations under the guarantee, the HVCA will step in and meet the costs of putting things right.
If an HVCA member should go out of business whilst carrying out an installation, the HVCA will honour that member's guarantee and arrange for the installation to be completed.
